Considering the screenshot, she is also custom.
It's possible to contact the author? Well, probably he don't understand english.
Edit: Never mind, she fights like a Hokuto no Ken character and her arrow move is O_O

Odd is the fact she mimicks characters like Shin, Souther and Juda.
She don't even have her signature moves and Hokuto No Ken style is not fitting.
She even says words related to her arrow moves at random, lol

I was about to say "Why is this in Found Releases?", then saw it's from a different creator.

So, does it play like OMK or is it custom gameplay?

She has the Kakuyoku Jinzan (SHII NE!) from Rei, and Kenshiro's Musou Tensei.
She can use Musou Tensei as a special move, and she'll do it when you hit her with your crouching normals.

That's the most she'll do when you fight her, besides a little moving around and guarding here and there.

It's like a joke character, she just mimic other characters and have a fatal k.o which is a variation of Rolling Bunny which is yet odd.
Ougon Musou Kyoku sprites and effects are too unsorted that may be a reason the author make her that way.

I don't like how nearly all her attacks are just taken from Hokuto no Ken characters. I was expecting more originality here. Even her Fatal KO is Juda's Fatal KO. Not really appealing for me.

your expecting to much. if you download the sprites youll notice a trend. the characters are mostly short on attack sprites and the stages have a billion colors (only slightly a exageration)

but i digress theres only a few worth having made and since battler is its just virgilia and lucifer left .siesta is borderline usuable like ange and some sprites are just hard to look at like jessica

she is the only one with a command grab and along with lucifer (and later rosa) she's got one of the most useful assist skills.

there all combo broken but hers and a few others have  bad sprites here and there . some like jessica are just slapped together.

its a sprite quality argument.it has nothing to do with ease of use.

im sure some people are overhauling some sprites just so that a attack can be used. if your just using whats there in the sprite set its sub par for most of the characters . the constant feeling of missing some frames or unpolished animation sets.
