I feel Kyle would be such a fun character to make or play in MUGEN, with his moves borrowed from the rest of the cast, plus his own.

I've never seen him anywhere online, and I know Streetwise as a title was a bomb, but it's still Final Fight, and the series has a big fanbase. I just thought someone had to have tried to make Cody's little brother by now. Unless there is one floating around I've just never seen before.
