Neo Sonic... arguably the first version of the Blue Blur ever released for Mugen. Despite being the first, it wasn't without its huge flaws that caused him to be considered a pretty bad character despite looking decent, such as reverse damage dampening, and overall problems in balance, with problems with hurtbox placement and other stuff. Damn, not even a day has passed and we already have a bugfix for him; basically, the hypers no longer give power back, but an issue with Final Force not working correctly at the corner because Knuckles' attack couldn't hit was fixed, now working as it should. Sorry about that! EDIT: Boy, I found an oversight where one of the winposes' voiceclips wasn't changed even if it should be. Now it's fixed. Kinda weird how it didn't save like that. EDIT 2: A small oversight has been fixed in the dizzy animation. This should be the last bugfix for now before I might update him to v1.1.
Finally, time for a v1.1 update! Changelog:- Changed Amy's voice.- Mega Spin Thunder Attack's startup has been lowered, allowing it to combo from his normals more easily.- Fixed an error where hypers couldn't be cancelled into from Spin Thunder Attack due to an incorrect state.- Changed the hitspark for Spin Dash when Neo Sonic charges into the opponent.- Aerial hard punch now hits 5 times instead of 3. Its vertical pushback was also decreased. - This slightly improves Neo Sonic's comboability. - However, the hitstun for the opponents was reduced to prevent it from dealing too much damage.- Winposes now have a random chance of being played, with the exception of one which appears when he has full HP. - Also, the "full HP" winpose now plays correctly if New Sonic does not lose at least 1 HP due to now using the "lifemax" code.- Fixed head.pos and mid.pos positions.
