Finally, the day has come!!!
Today, the 1st of December 2016, is the 25th anniversary of Fatal Fury 1 's Neo-Geo release and to celebrate it I'm releasing the final version of my MUGEN game Art of Fury!!!





The game manual is included.
(note : secret characters, except Laurent, don't have game ending)

Oh crap! Heck yeah! Congratulations!!! I'll download this and take it to my friend's place this weekend and play it after work! Congratulations on finally finishing this man!!! You've accomplished something few have done in mugen's 17 year life span!

Thank you so much! I'm pretty proud of myself. It's only the second (out of 5 or 6) game project I finish in my whole life. The first one being a DOOM mod. :D The last month of work on AOFF was very HARD! But at least I could finish it for Fatal Fury 1 's Neogeo 25th anniversary!!! :D

It seems to always happen in Yamazaki's stage.

By the way, the AI could be more consistent. I mean, it barely fights back during the game but then in the match before Mr. Big it goes full cheap mode.

I think only a few characters have a real AI. The rest is the default Mugen AI, but the custom ones are rather severe, yeah.

Yeah there are 10 characters that have AI and you fight one of them before Big. Big and Krauser also have AI.

In Yamazaki's stage the evnshake doesn't sync well with the train (maybe it's just my computer).

The envshake (and the sound) comes before and goes after the train, it's normal. =)
Now, if it's comes after and goes before the train is gone, that's a problem.

Yeah that was wanted. Technically the train is offscreen but kinda still "near".

Just sat for an hour or so with the game.  LOVE IT!  The intro, the feel.  It all feels vintage but modern at the same time.  Great release!  I'm gonna be spending a lot of time with this game.

Franchement, le jeu est magnifique, sous tous ces aspects. Puis par curiosité j'ouvre le manuel en pdf et là je vois le soucis du détail, du travail bien fait. En France c'est pas dans nos habitudes d'être dithyrambique, mais parfois face à l'évidence hé bien je le suis! Encore bravo!

Franchement, le jeu est magnifique, sous tous ces aspects. Puis par curiosité j'ouvre le manuel en pdf et là je vois le soucis du détail, du travail bien fait. En France c'est pas dans nos habitudes d'être dithyrambique, mais parfois face à l'évidence hé bien je le suis! Encore bravo!

About Kasumi 's crouch A, it depends if it's written or not in the movelist. I'll check it when I'll have time.

The pdf does say Kasumi's crouch A can combo into crouch or standing B, as well as standing C, and I can do all of those combos, but it seems the timing is really tight, maybe that's what theanhvn is having problems with.

Indeed. I have just checked the timing in the AIR and the CMD and there is 1 tick delay. The punch hits at tick 5 and the combo can be done at tick 6 and after. Of course, thanks to the hitpause, the timing is totally off.

Damn.

AOFF V2 later. :P

I try to follow the thread but I'm been known to miss a post from time to time. And I haven't forgotten I was going to help with ai. I am wrapping up the next HDBZ build and after that I'll program Piccolo's ai so I'll be better suited to give you feedback once I get that going.

I have also been found that King cr.A has the same problem with Kasumi too. And can you change King C into a kick for 2.0? Yamazaki's Stage have problem with Training Mode too.

Yeah Necro post and stuff.
Yamazaki's drill doesn't work correctly on Laurent.
The first two levels don't hit and the third doesn't land the final hit.
