Congrats on Haggar, man!
Here is some feedback:
-Suplex is kinda strange to handle. I mean, you hold Forward, press KK- and he drops him behind. And the opposite way: you want to drop enemy behind, you press Back+KK- and Haggar does Side Change and drops him in front of him. Yeah, it would be better to have him change his side when you're holding Back Button instead, would've been more intuitive.
-Yeah, I dunno, if that's Supposed to be like that, but Haggar can easily go from Sweep to MAX Supers.

just do a Crouching HK- and then try to make any of MAX Supers (MAX Body Press or MAX Gut Punches). Normal versions of these Supers won't work, but MAX Versions are executable, somehow...

Nice one! Some very quick feedback.

 - F+z Steel Smash should have a metal on hit/block sound and when the steel pipe "vanishes". Same for D+z (in the air) Dat Pipe!! (You coul use the "Old school" final fight sounds for that...). Yes, there is a metal sound, but IMO it´s very weak sounding.
 - can´t do Lariat with 3K
 - Can do the Final Fight Classic target combo with x,y,F+z, so it ends in the Steel Smash. Dunno if that is by design...
 - IMO Rapid Fire Fist super should ko p2 on the last hit
 - no extra hits mashable on Rapid Fire Fist ?

I still have your older Haggar, and it was too fun to replace.  Instead of replacing him, he is now EX Haggar along side your cool new Haggar ^..^

The metal sound is from MVC3. I will see about the final fight sounds.

Only the first and second hits are special/super cancelable. Steel smash should not work during this. Fixed

I believe the old version killed on the last hit but i changed it to be more accurate to MVC3

If i made rapid fire fist mashable then having the MAX variant would be pointless.

God Rugal is still planned i will get to him eventually.

 It's most likely the opponent remaining in custom state while Haggar exits his that induced it in the first place. For that kind of thing, you'd need to make it so that the opponent goes into falling knockdown state whenever the custom state detects Haggar no longer being in that specific attack state anymore after a certain amount of time. It's the same measure you use for normal grabs so that the opponent doesn't go into the occasional binding glitch like this here.

Ooh, I like this one specifically as an alternate default.  I love the green color.

EDIT: seems there's a big oopsie: Lv1 moves completely drain the energy bar and can't execute MAX (Lv2) moves ^..^;;;
(it seems to fix itself when I reload the match (F4), but can be replicated if you go back to the select screen and restart sometimes)

And I don't think you're supposed to do supers before the match starts:

(done in practice mode, able to do during "FIGHT" splash screen, but the move doesn't follow through after the round officially starts)
