I noticed the portraits that Ryu & Kyo's portraits are clean with little to no colorloss in the CvS3 screenpack. I already know how to make the portraits, but the question is how exactly do I put them in without screwing up the portrait or the .act file?

I would hazard a guess and say those portraits you speak of were cleaned up by Saikoro. No human can ever surpass his talents :P

Oh, I want a diagram. I fucking love diagrams.

Not really, they were made by Enlightendshadow. I even check those portraits out in FF3, no colorloss at all. I know he said that he put them in for 1.1 but how is what I really want to know.

1.1 supports 24-bit and 32-bit color, whereas winmugen and mugen 1.0 only support 16-bit color, hence why there's no colorloss.
