I'M BACK... kinda. I'm making Terry for Vans' challenge, I can never turn down a challenge. I wasn't gonna make a WIP thread at first because I HATE YOU ALL (jk?) but Vans told me to so I did. Config file for turning mechanics on/off will be present. Terry will be mostly accurate but I will take some creative liberties where I see fit, but nothing will deviate far from his incarnations in CVS2 or other games.

If I remember right I basically had to start over at one point with Mega Man, but my biggest issue with him was mostly that he lacked any interesting gameplay. When all your moves are just different projectiles it's not super fun to play. I also lack sprites for cool stuff like fire sword from MM8 so that makes it a bit harder. Zero I never lost my progress on I just need effects (they're too much for me to do on my own) and sprites for Genmu Zero.
It's not a bootleg character? I'm making a legit Terry, I wouldn't have said I was making it for Vans' challenge if I was making a joke character. Yeah I made a dumb small portrait and his displayname is EVIL CONGESTED TREEY but I can be silly if i want to ALRIGHT? Ok good.
He has all the specials he had in CVS2 ATM. I'll probably add firekick and power charge, since I have sprites for those. Supers I'm not completely sure on yet.
