From the screenshots alone:

- The sprites are horribly filtered
- The portraits do not match
- It's doubtful that the characters were obtained either with permission or done by Amit himself.

Basically, compilation+PhotoShop filter.

I didn't even know it was filtered until someone mentioned it and I looked closer.

Most of the time filters generally screw sprites up.
I'd rather have pixelation rather than that.

And pixelation isn't as much of a problem as people think it is.

BTW, the characters have been applied with MVC patches it seems.

And it's called King of Fighters, but has Nakoruru and Hibiki?

And uses CVS sprites, this is trash. Although the screenpack looks pretty good, if not unfinished.

By watching the video all i can say is...screw this piece of crap! Just look at Hibiki's 1:07. It took about 50% life for a lvl 1 super!, terrible palettes, MvC2 mechanics in KOF?!, misaligned super bg, all characters are edits. All i can say the video itself showed that it's terrible.

Ah, Amit. I have had previous experience with his work. He has constantly put out compilation after compilation, always claiming them to be 'games'. Oh, and I doubt he's part of the MUGEN community. Think of that what you will.
