This character will glitch up and not be able to attack (only move) if you try to take control of her using debug keys while you're in watch mode for example.

Other than that...
- Too many clsns with ones pertaining to attacks giving her giant priority
- Her super does too much damage especially since it's a level 1...and she only has one super which is not surprising if the author pulled her moveset from the source game alone.

One good thing I can say about this character is that her effects are nice to look at, though I can't really say the same thing for her sprites. The author had to downsize her through the local coord or else she would appear too tall in-game. Shame since Vanguard sprites are pretty well made.

Is it that hard to download it?

You need to scroll down and click on a text that has (Mediafire) or (Skydrive) in its right. It's on the left of the website. And it has nothing to do with not knowing Hiragana or Katakana. Besides, it's better if you said Kanji, but oh well...
