So I recently started making a screenpack using the official 1.1b release of mugen and all was going well until I tried to disable the development banner thingy in the mugen.cfg file. I had no issues with this when making screenpacks on 1.1a. Wanted to know if this is just a me problem or is it like a bug specific to 1.1b, any help is appreciated. I  set "HideDevelopmentBuildBanner = 1" it had "0" by default.
