I've been itching to make a stage out of Mark Ferrari's canvas cycling work, which can be found here. My only problem, I'm not sure what the best way of ripping these animations is.

If someone with experience could help me out I'd really appreciate it!

Let's see if I understand, you want to get that image frames. ¿? Or you want to divide the image into parts to build your stage?

If your case is to divide the image into frames, I recommend this page to be ordered to do the job.

http://es.bloggif.com/gif-extract

Only a matter of lowering your image and upload it to that page, the rest of the work she does.

I do want to rip the frames. Also, the GIF extractor won't work for this because the animations on the site are not GIFs.

Dunno if it helps, but I know that some of his beautiful art has been already converted to MUGEN...

P.e. Deep Forest - Day by Cybaster, Swamp Cathedral - Day by Speedster &
Jungle Waterfall - Morning by Vordh0sbn.

I too am aware of these stages, they've had a hand in inspiring me to try converting more of Ferrari's art into Mugen stages. For example, I'd love to make the rain version of the Deep Forest stage to go with Cybaster's normal one.

Thanks JNP! I'll give it a go and get back to you on it.
