Character patcher for CvS-W

-Normal use:

Just place the exe and the 'CvS-W code.txt' files in your chars directory and run the exe.  All Warusaki3 CvS2 Styled chars should be updated and for each one a backup subdirectory created (named _CvSW_backup).

-Advanced use:

Running the exe from the command line gives you the following options:

-undo
  All patched characters will be reverted to the backed-up versions.  Backups will be deleted.
-char:'<charname>'
  Only the named character will be patched (or reverted if used with -undo).
-nobackup
  The patcher will work as normal but no backups will be made.
-debug
  The patcher will print out more detailed info on what it's doing.

Options can be combined in any order.  For example:

    CvSW.exe -char:'cvsken' -debug
    CvSW.exe -debug -undo
    CvSW.exe -undo -char:'cvsrugal'
