Share palette in lifebar portrait (Mugen 1.1)

Hi, I'm using mugen 1.1 and I've seen that the char portraits in the lifebar don't share the color palette, is there any way to make it possible to make the shared palette appear?

The only thing I can imagine is using explods as portraits, but then you'd have to edit all the characters (or the common1.cns) and is not worth it IMO.
Another solution would be using IKEMEN, I'm almost sure that portraits share palette there.
