ikemen go dont have a zoom setting anymore they removed it, the best way to remove the zoom is by going to the stage and find zoomin = 1 amd zoomout = .7 and remove zoomin and zoomout be sure to open the stage.def with notepad that its listed on the Camera setting

I think that's StageFit in the config? But yea, M.U.G.E.N Configuration Help next time.
yeah, your 100% correct right the Stagefit is in the mugen.cfg yeah

also, I wish there an active Moderator or Admin that have the ability to move this topic to the M.U.G.E.N Configuration Help section.

Maybe he's talking about the same issue I mentioned a while back:
I have the same issue as Bane84: in Mugen the stage is always shown at its correct aspect ratio, with black bars if this differs from the GameWidth:GameHeight ratio; in IkemenGo the stage is always shown at the GameWidth:GameHeight ratio:

The top two images show a 4:3 stage with Mugen/IkemenGo in 16:9; the bottom two show a 16:9 stage with the game in 4:3.  I'd like an option for IkemenGo to replicate the Mugen behaviour:
  • it means you can have a mixture of stages with different resolutions and they'll all be displayed correctly
  • it allows you to use a screenpack with a different resolution to your stages
I don't know if this is what cristopeles was talking about, but it would explain why he talked about Ikemen then showed a Mugen screenshot - i.e. "here's how it looks in Mugen compared to Ikemen where it's more zoomed in". I haven't tried Ikemen in a while, has this issue been fixed I wonder?

His question was
how to disable the horrible default zoom of ikemen
then he showed screenshots of how Mugen displays a 640x480 stage when using a 1280x720 screenpack. I think he's asking how to make Ikemen Go display the stage in the same way, instead of scaling it to 1280x720 (i.e. zooming in). The last time I checked, the answer was "you can't" but it was something the Ikemen Go devs were working on:
We still have not finished implementing Mugen's 1.1 stagefit.
So that's why it happens

I promise that I'll center on implement letterboxing soon.

Hello, it's me and I'm quite surprised that they understood my bad English from google translator. I've been in mugen for more than 20 years and I've received 100% responses with insults, threats, attempts to destroy my account, Latino psychopaths with the toxic community since 2003 (yes, I'm old these from DZ forums) I had never received an answer to my questions until now, I do not come here to give pity telling this stupid story I know how this works all those who create content in mugen I speak of Latinos and I asked them how to learn to program in mugen or how to use the figtherfactory and I have NEVER received a humanly decent response and had the patience to learn English because I have my personal reasons I love mugen more than anyone but I am too stupid to learn math or programming, when I met ikemen go I felt I could finish the project from 20 years ago that if I am astute you will see in my profile that I have a YouTube channel and I respectfully upload the works of the creators adores that I admire the only thing I would like is to learn how to use or edit mugen well and above all ikemen it is incredible that they have understood me in my bad English, thanks because I no longer know what to do or what door to knock on I am tired

it's not your bad English problem.
Oldergamer's answer is perfect and correct about what you ask (Zoom) but you didn't mean by that.
from the picture I could guess you are asking screen ratio problem not zoom
there is no easy fix, I have a video to explain.

(same for ikeman)

Yes, thanks Beterhans : that's exactly what I was trying to explain in my own topic "Ikemen in true HD widescreen : problem with SD stages", where I talked about your work and videos.
