I'm Artemismon, or Casper for short. I've been toying with MUGEN for about 8 years now, and finally am deciding to attempt making my own characters. At the moment i'm starting with the arcade version of Sailor Moon, with my long-term goal to be creating Serenity (There is every other form of her out there, why not make my favorite?) Nice to meetcha all!

Thank you for the welcomes!

For now i'm just shoving her sprites in FF, What I am unsure of is where i'm gonna get cool effects for her attacks, and where people are getting the sound effects from the game from, i've seen Arcade Sailor Moon done a bunch, but no matter where I look, I have no clue where they're getting the voices/effects. (Although i'd also love to do a ViZ dub Moon lol)

I'm also working on Sam from Sam & Max, found tons of sprites but sooo much editing, he'll take me awhile.
