This is the character i'm currently working on, Wendy Testaburger from South Park. I felt like it was a good idea to convert her into a mugen character. Poorly sprited by me. There are some videos showing how is she made:

She might be ready in terms of moveset but still needs a lot of sounds and effects to make the character look good though it really isnt
