How to config correctly the range.x of a lifebar?

I need to understand how it works.

p1.Range.x = -45,-278
p2.Range.x = 45,278

How can I get to find the size to fit perfectly to my gauge?

Sometimes looks lesser and larger.

I don't get what exactly you want to know, but, if you're talking about finding the exact position of the lifebars when creating it, there is no "perfect" way, it's trial and error. In photoshop you can use the rulers to have an idea but even then the sprites will be a little off sometimes. In resume, you need to try different values until you find the right one.
