my winmugen setup has been the same since i can remember, i think its time to move it up to 1.0 so i would like to commission someone who would like to do it. you can message me or we can talk here, whatever you like.

I am using the alpha storm lifebars with the modern screen pack, I just need them converted to 1.0, I will send everything minus characters and stages
