Stumbo wasn’t shy about his arsenal or his alleged target. Stumbo posted a photo of the car and guns in a Facebook group entitled “Mayhem Pokemon Crew.”

The caption read:
“Kevin Norton and I are ready for Worlds Boston here we come!!!”

“Good luck!” wrote a Facebook user named Joey Faux.

“With killing the competition?” asked Norton.

“Haha yes,” replied Faux.

I dont think they got enough evidence.
They can just say they were going to the shooting range afterwards. Since the guns were legal they can just walk out over a "misunderstanding".

Of course they're not getting away with making terror threats over social media and then bringing gun in the direction of the public event they said they were going to shoot up, even if they say they were actually going to the shooting range for their defense. And the article at the top says they're being charged with "unlawful" possession of guns and ammos, where does it say their guns were legal after all ?

The article said the guy was a gun collector known for collecting guns, and this:

was the extent of their threat. A good lawyer can play that off as a joke and that they never admitted to killing anyone. I think it hinges on the guns being legal or not, I admit im curious to hear more about it.
