Note: Nowadays, edits based from Infinite-style characters (e.g. Infinite, R@CE, Sennou-Room, Falcon Rapper) will be altered to omit Infinite-style mechanics like Chain Combos and Launchers, with the odd exception like MvC stuff. You won't be able to easily re-add the configs because they're no longer built around them. Daimon is an example of this.

Tizoc/Griffon Update:

- Life is now 1092.
- lieDown.time decreased to 30.
- Level 3 Port Redone.
- Re-added 360s and made the previous HCBs easy commands.
- Various Frame Data and Hitbox adjustments.
- Normal Hitpause and Knockback changed.
- PowerAdd adjustments.
- Many Damage adjustments.
- Damage Dampener changed somewhat.
- Chain Combos removed.
- Hitspark code changed.
- Level 1 to Level 1 cancels removed.
- Priority for all attacks outside of throws set to the usual 4.
- Changed up his special and super cancelling to exclude most heavies.
- Normals no longer have forward movement.
- Griffon Tower throw directions fixed.
- Justice Hurricane and Hercules Throw behave much closer to grabs in CvS.
- Active Tupon adjusted to behave more like the MOTW original.
- Olympus Over and Poseidon Wave get backdashes for their Heavy variants, complete with Brakes.
- Gridro Super Kick has less forward movement.
- Big Fall Griffon animation resembles the MOTW originals.
- Deadlaus Attack has less forward movement.
- Deadlaus Attack does only one hit as opposed to 2 for the first attack.
- Deadlaus Attack no longer resets P2 to the ground on hit.
- Disabled Griffon Rumble and Ultimate Griffon Beak Crusher.
- Griffon Star command changed.
- Griffon Star startup is vastly different.
- Griffon Star states and animation relocated to the 4000s to fix a dampening issue.
- Various other tweaks.

Known Issue:
- MAX Deadlaus Attack's shockwaves don't appear between the first and last hits.

Ibuki by Infinite:

- Big Port Changed.
- Uses CvS Scaling from KarmaCharmeleon's Q.
- lieDown.time decreased to 30.
- Some Frame Data and Hitbox adjustments.
- Normal Envshake removed.
- Normal Hitpause and Poweradd changed.
- Chain Combos (not Target Combos) removed.
- Zero Counter Priority lowered to the usual 4.
- Removed Cancelling from various normals, mostly Heavies.
- LP,MP,HP Target Combo ends with the right HP anim which is no longer activated with B+HP.
- Non-Combo Kobekudaki is faster.
- Combo Kobekudaki is no longer an Overhead.
- Ground Kunai has faster recovery.
- EX Air Kunai throws 2 Kunais with no explosion in SF3/4 Mode.
- Kubi Ori now done with QCF instead of HCF.
- Kubi Ori has improved recovery and block advantage.
- Tsumuji hittimes lowered with the Sweep getting increased startup so it doesn't combo like in source.
- You can no longer Hyper Cancel into Level 1s.
- You can now cancel into Kasumi Suzaki from Air Kunai (works like in SF3).
- Kasumi Suzaku throws less Shurikens, and Shurikens are thrown similarly to the SF3 original.
- You can now properly Hyper Cancel from Kasumi Suzaku.
- Yoroi Doushi damage adjusted, with the miss projectile doing less hits (Mainly for the Level 1 version)
- Yoroi Doushi can only Hyper Cancel from the miss projectile.
- Yoroi Doushi won't initiate the throw if the target is in hitstun, doing the projectile instead.
- Yami Shigure is more unsafe on block.
- Yami Shigure does the 5 slashes for the Level 2 version, while the Level 1 does 3.
- Level 1/2 Hashin Shou disabled.
- Both movesets have 1 Level 3 each.
- Misc. tweaks.

To Do:
- Change Damage Dampener
- Separate states for all normals
- Adjust Kasumigake behaviour
- Better Level 3 Animations
- Add more SFV Moves?


Guy (Original) by PotS, Trololo & gui0007:
- CvS Scaling added.
- Several cosmetic fixes.
- Multi-Colored Hitsparks added.
- lieDown.time decreased to 30.
- Fixed up his intro vs FF Chars.
- Damage Adjustments.
- EX Bushin Senpuu Kyaku has a faster startup.
- Added PosAdd at the start of Bushin Gourai Kyaku.
- Tessinhou cornerpush fixed and removed the P cancel during superpause.
- Fixed Super Finish Text.

Rock by DivineWolf:
- Replaced Tiny Buffering with Explodsive Buffering.
- Small AI added.
- Power Charge speed decreased.
- Hit Sounds changed to use a specific channel like PotS/Jmorphman characters.
- Rising Tackle makes Kick hitsounds instead.
- You can now MAX Cancel out of Shine Knuckle after any hit.
- MAX Raging Storm release startup time decreased by 1 tick.
- Deadly Rave Neo damage adjusted.


Kyo by Jmorphman:



 - Added option for MAX Mode (with differences from the traditional DW variant).
 - You can now MAX Cancel into Level 3s (MAX Mode Required).
 - Multi-Colored Hitsparks added.
 - New Level 3 for EX Mode.
 - 88 Shiki's first hit now Special/Super cancellable.
 - Mu Shiki cancelling extended to the final hit.
 - Mu Shiki damage adjusted.


Gill by Froz:

- Improved AI, now able to do all special and most Supers.
 - Multi-Colored Hitsparks added.
 - Big Port realigned.
 - lieDown.time decreased to 30.
 - Projectile Hit Sound changed.
 - Fixed misplaced Hit Sparks and Sounds.
 - Lowered juggle limits for normals and several specials.
 - Kinesis hit timing changed.
 - AI controls Kenesis angles properly.
 - Cyber Lariat behaves closer to the SFV version.
 - Cyber Lariat is more punishable hurtbox-wise.
 - Increased recovery on land from Psycho Headbutt and Moonsault Knee Drop.
 - Moonsault Knee Drop has been made faster in terms of startup.
 - You can now Super-Cancel from Kenesis and Cyber Lariat.
 - Meteor Strike now OTGs, has different projectile timing and damage changes.
 - MAX Meteor Strike projectiles fall faster.
 - Jupiter's Deal damage increased.
 - Hades' Orbit projectiles hitting during Hades' Comet superpause mostly fixed.
 - Seraphic Wing Power Loss timing fixed.
 - AI won't do supers at low health until Resurrected.

Akuma Update:

- New Modern mode added.
   Key Differences from Normal Mode:
   - Idle Stance changed.
   - Some Normal Animations changed (e.g. Kikoku Renzan becoming Far HK).
   - Distance required for Close HP increased.
   - Zankuu Hadouken:
   A. Now locks Akuma in place before firing the projectile.
   B. Projectiles fire at a different angle depending on the button strength (EX excluded).
   - EX Zankuu Hadouken now usable from Hyakkishu.
   - Tatsumaki Zankukyaku hits decreased.
   - EX Tatsumaki Zankukyaku now launches but does less damage and has less juggle potential on its own.
   - Hyakki Goujin replaces Hyakki Goudan.
   - Shun Goku Satsu now resembles Wrath of the Raging Demon/Shin Shun Goku Satsu.
   - Tenshou Kaireki Jin becomes his 2nd Level 3.
- Extended CS from DivineWolf's upadates added (Thanks KH77).
- Palettes changed due to the New CS and Pals available.
- Health and Defense difference between modes redone.
- Some proper CvS2 movement velocities added.
- Maximum time for Gou Hadoukens to knockdown increased.
- EX Goshoryuken horizontal range increased.
- MAX Cancels from Messatsu Gorasen now have to be done before the final hit.

Ryu Update:
- (New) CvS2 CLSNs and anims playing through hitpause added by extravagant
- Improved intro compatibility.
- Jump sounds fixed.
- Intro code changed. Turns Intros fixed.
- Added Beterhans' Intro vs DeathScythe's Akuma.
- Joudan Sokutou Geri is now HCF,k on Normal Mode.
- Cancel from Normal Shinkuu Hadouken into MAX Shinkuu Hadouken fixed.

Zangief Update:
- HCB moves turned into 360s. (HCBs remain in CommandEasy.cmd)
- Atomic Suplex and Flying Powerbomb are now combined into one move.
- Atomic Suplex does more damage.

Yamazaki-MultiColor.zip
Muti-Color Hitspark patch for Knuckles8864's latest (and most complete) Yamazaki beta. I also fixed/changed a few sparks for certain attacks to use the right ones.
Chun-Li-MultiColor.zip, Kyo-MultiColor.zip, Guile-MultiColor.zip and Benimaru-MultiColor.zip
Patches for Jmorphman's chars with the Multi-Colored Hitsparks, just like with Ken from last time.

Since you updated T.Hawk again, can you replace the hitsparks sounds into the ones in PotS's own characters? For some reason, BahamianKing has hitsparks sounds have an echo effect to them and feels very jarring. If you listen carefully, you can hear it. Hope this can be changed.

T.Hawk was one the characters that needed an update and probably would never have an official one, so thanks for that.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

Well I'm not sure what to edit, mostly because I haven't paid much attention to their source material.
I'd give Poison her SF4/xTekken moves but he doesn't the suitable sprites.
