As the title says, do you practice any dance ? From couple dancing (rock, salsa, etc.) to ballet or Street Jazz or break dance ? Whatever.

Some people here know I dance a lot of salsa (since I always go out instead of coding :P ).
There are various styles of salsa (casino, LA style, NY style). I practice NY Style, and here are two example videos (I'm not a pro, I'm not this level :P ) :

Salsa part starts at 1'35 :

I've been dancing salsa for about 5 years and a half, I took lessons for 3 years then stopped, and I go to social dancing parties from 1 to 3 times a week.

I also just started Zouk Lambada, which is a couple dance which looks a little like West Coast Swing, but which is danced on zouk/kizomba musics :


Finally, I also just started Samba de Gafieira, which comes from Brazil, and is a dance "between" tango and salsa.
Here's a video showing what it looks like (real dance starts at 2'45, before, it's a lesson/workshop) :


Been learning Zouk lambada and gafieira for about one month now, taking 1 to 2 hours of class per week for each dance, and a few private lessons for gafieira.

I will start practising pole dancing this month, and next year, I am starting to take burlesque classes. :)
I was meant to start burlesque this month, but I decided to get more fit before that.

Dancing is just too much fun.

I've been explicitly forbidden from dancing by my friends and family.  I don't know why though, because I can't remember a time where I did dance before that would have necessitated that.

I also dance, or rather have danced, a lot of salsa. It is really fucking hard to find a salsa teacher up here, but there is a dance school in a bigger city near me that I learned Casino style from. It was my primary source of workout for a long time.

I dance, Cumbias, Salsa, & Break Dance and Capoeira <--- It's a Dance ;D (then again I practice Martial Arts)
I'm in no way an expert but I have rhythm.

Samba looks like a lot fun.

I used to do East Coast Swing Dance, but I was in California at the time so it saw little to no use when I used to go to youth dances. Then when I was learning acting, I picked up a little bit of choreography, but nothing too big (So, for example, I could probably pull off You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, but not West Side Story)

to elaborate, i do hip hop dance (the ones from the rap videos you know), salsa (girls find that shit attractive), a little breaking here or there (takes years of practice and is a discipline all its own akin to martial arts) and other various forms
































would you call that shit they do at raves dancing
i cant count the reasons i should stay

one by one they all just fade away...
