Speaking of cool, Diepod, we're most likely going to add this Genesis Revolver you animated as a special move after all!
And for a Super version, we might combine it with the lance throw you also mocked-up (kicks up, lands, throws the lance up towards launched enemy).

Speaking of worse seasons . . . I think Alien Rangers and Turbo were the weakest during Zordon's era for the series, but I kind of lost interest in the show after Zordon sacrificed himself, so I'm not entirely sure which other seasons, in my opinion, were worse.  I enjoyed LSR and SPD, though ^..^
The Alien Rangers are terrible: the group and the miniseries. Just awful. The characters themselves are a whole bunch of nothing, with only their annoying voices with some genuinely terrible and lazy alien forehead makeup design to define them, and the show itself is taken up mostly by some not especially good child actors playing kid versions of the (human) Rangers going on some very sketchy quests to restore their proper ages, punctuated by ocasional fight scenes featuring the Alien Rangers.

Also, the explanation for Yellow Ranger Aisha's departure and replacement by Tanya is simultaneously one of the most insane and incredibly lazy plot developments I've ever seen in any piece of fiction.

On the other hand, it did produce this clip, so it wasn't entirely a waste!

operation overdrive actually isn't that bad. the Disney ones were actually some of the better ones since the budget was increased and they took more liberties with the sentai footage, especially in rpm, In fact rpm is one of the few seasons where I prefer that to the source material, they completely changed the tone of the show with the footage they used and that's impressive in itself.
Operation Overdrive has one of the single worst opening themes I've ever heard to any TV show: it's so, so, so bad that I'm having trouble buying the argument that the show isn't as bad as everyone says it is!

But yeah, RPM was rad. In fact, it kinda feels unfair to compare it to any of the other shows because it's simply working on a completely higher level in every single aspect of production. Like comparing Batman: The Animated Series to the 1992 X-Men animated series, or something.

I'm genuinely excited to see you guys haven't given up on this W.I.P. Seems just like yesterday I heard about this for the first time. Keep up the great work!

Speaking of, what do you guys think of Dino Thunder? I really like the Ranger designs, the Zords, etc. It gains bonus points for me because Tommy acts as mentor for the main 3. Plus, I just like the whole dinosaur trope.

i grew up with that incarnation along with SPD, Ninja Storm, Mystic Force and Wild Force but the only way i could watch them
was if i traveled all the way outside the city to my great grandmother's house and see if i catched it on Jetix

Isn't it the Disney era? Either way, I grew up watching that. I dropped from Turbo and Dino Thunder brought me back. I love how this is still being worked on, plus anyone dedicated enough can edit it to different rangers. Keep it up guys!
