I saw the twitter post about CEO late this morning. HDBZ caught so much attention, & rightfully so. Congratulations.
Man I forgot how hard it is to play HDBZ with a pad Wow, especially with 6 buttons. If I knew it was gonna be there sunday (I saw it there friday and couldn't get the chabce to play) I would've brought my keyboard. I'll try to give you gives some pics I took of players going at it.
get a fightpad with a good d-pad on it on amazon, they're great subtitutes if you can't afford a full fightstick. it's what I use for all my fighting games nowadays, I use the old madcatz one mad for sfiv for the xbox 360 to this day still
It is really weird having the thumb over buttons though, Pads and Hyper DBZ Controls in my opinion are a horrible mix. Keyboard is super satisfying, i'd assume a Fightstick would be just as good. Although i cant imagine having buttons on my right and moving with my left. I thought i'd have a simple time getting used to it on controller considering how narcissistic i am on keyboard. I felt like a day 1 noob using it tho
I have always preferred fight pads, because growing up D-pad it was my primary method to play video games.Best control I have ever used is my Hori Blaz Blue. It features 6 face buttons, an a d-pad that can switch between d-pad, left stick, right stick. It has 4 top buttons, and a switch that can put L1, L2 on th top right, and L3, R3 on the left. So if you are right handed it is easier to press those buttons. It works on Pc, Ps3. Ps4. I like it so much I am thinking about buying another.
It depends on if we get an artist that wishes to make a character that we may make into a grappler. Suggested chars as grapplers Recoome, Zarbon, Broly, Nappa, 16
Do you hold auditions for your character voices?I'm asking, because I am a professional voice actor. i am interested in potentially voicing some characters for this.
Send in a reel with your contact data as well and we'll check it for our characters in need of voice actors
The link to Babidi on Balthazar's site isn't updated. The site says the character was updated on April but the files date back to 2015.

Maybe it has already been discussed but I think including an ingame movelist would be a good idea. Some MUGEN games do that by pressing start button.
I have a couple suggestions for a future build:-Make every boss available to fight, G. Freeza and the SSBs, have them in the game and the player will fight 1 of them at random like in KOF 02UM.-Have more intros between the chars, like SSJ Goku/M. Vegeta, Gohan/Buu, etc, not against every char so we can enjoy the various intros but I think some of those would be coolJust something I thought of while playing
