Mustapha Cairo (Cadillacs and Dinosaurs)

I have fixed and updated the open source char from Binho.

Mustapha is a six button char, with new sprites/sounds/moves, fixed bugs and much more.

- 7 specials
- 3 throws
- 3 helpers
- 6 hypers

This is my first char and I have much to learn, but is a good start.

Hmmmm, gotta check this, cause Mustapha is my favorite char from Cadillacs and Dinosaurs.

Minor update to fix colors in several frames and change the animation of the Jump Punch.
