How do you use velcalculator, I've been trying to figure it out but theres no tutorials
And the readme doesn't have instructions either. I found a thread here with a bunch
Of help topics and tools, theres a link called "how to calculate velocitys" I click it but
All I get is a file download NO instructions on how to calculate velocitys lol

Probably not your answer...  but velocity is pixels per tick.

Vel = 1 means 1 pixel every tick.

If you want to travel 160 ticks in 3 seconds, then 160/180 (3 x 60) = 0.88

That doesn't take accels and friction into consideration, though.

Capcom loves the hell out of accels and never uses friction. KOF, while it also uses accels, just loves the hell out of friction.

In the end, though, you should rarely ever use VelCalculator or formulas unless you really have to; it's easier to use ArtMoney or CheatEngine to grab the exact values from games. There is almost never a need to use caveman methods.

Hmmmmm.... even then, last time I even had CheatEngine open, SFV wouldn't launch (even though I had CE attached to a totally different process).

Yeah, that's on purpose. A measure added in a patch to prevent people from messing around with the game online and to prevent survival mode cheating.

Then you report to me as to how you managed to do it. =P

But seriously, then you search for positions by doing the obvious thing. Then velocities and other data should be in adjacent addresses.

See the image of the old computer in the red box at the top left? Click that and all of the processes/programs running on your PC will be listed.
You should see SFV in the list. Usually near the bottom. It might not say SFV.exe, but you should be able to figure out what's what.
Click it and see if it goes.

well just clicking on it wont work. you have to hit open or double click it.
From there you have to "hack" the game. I usually start with the two easiest things to find out. The timer, and health of P2. If you get it to open SFV, you should watch some youtube tutorials on how to get what you want with CE.
But the pics you've posted havent shown you actually get CE to work with SFV yet. If you do, let N. and Jesuszilla know how you did it. or what exe your running or whatever.
