Did this a while ago and I think its good enough to warrant a release for the holiday season. Its for Zero-Sennin's King.

This replaces nearly all of King's KOF 96/CVS vocals with her new voices from KOF XIII. Its named differently so you don't have to worry about losing the old SND.  The only vocal that remains unchanged is the charge-up/Trap Shot vocal since I couldn't find a good replacement for it.

Credit goes to Layer for the voice rips (though I had to change them to Wav format beforehand individually, grumble grumble)
