Here he is! The next character for the REVAMP of Eternity of Heroes!
This is The Hulk and he hits HARD!

Move List:
x = Jab
y = Strong
z = Fierce (manual super jump cancel ok)
a = Light Kick
b = Medium Kick
c = Roundhouse Kick (manual super jump cancel ok)
Crouch z = Aerial Rave Launcher
Crouch c = Crouch Roundhouse Kick (Manual Super Jump ok)
Air Down + z = Alt Fierce Punch (Marvel 3 styled)
Other moves:
Advance Guard = 2p while in guard stun
*Recovery Roll (safe fall) = B, DB, D, + p/k (p = forward, k = backward)
Alpha Counter (Gamma Charge) = B, DB, D, + p (uses 1000 power)
*Not possible in certain knockdown conditions
Specials:
QCF + x/y/z = Gamma Wave
Hulk digs into the ground and sends out a wave of debris towards the opponent.
Has good durability to beat out other projectiles. Set as Assist Alpha.
QCF + a/b/c = Gamma Charge
Hulk rushes forward with his arm out, knocking the opponent up and away.
Holding Up, Back, or Up+Fwd along with any Kick button will redirect
Hulk and do another Gamma Charge. Set as Assist Beta.
QCB + a/b/c = Diagonal Gamma Charge
A shoulder tackle that anti airs. Holding Down, Forward, or Back along with
a kick button will redirect Hulk and do a 2nd Gamma Charge.
The forward one will cause a Wall Bounce on the opponent.
The downward one will cause a Ground Bounce on the opponent.
DP + a/b/c = Anti Air Gamma Charge
Hulk leaps directly upward and knocks the opponent away using his head.
Holding Down, Forward, or Back along with
a kick button will redirect Hulk and do a 2nd Gamma Charge.
The forward one will cause a Wall Bounce on the opponent.
The downward one will cause a Ground Bounce on the opponent.
HCB + x/y/z = Gamma Tornado (Command Grab)
Hulk focuses on his opponent and will attempt to grasp them
with his hand. This move is unblockable. If he succeeds he
will grab them by the head and spin them around before
sending them flying across the screen causing a heavy knockdown.
The opponent will have a set time lying down before recovering.
The heavy version is an Anti Air that can only grab airborne enemies. Set as Assist Gamma.
DP+x/y/z = Gamma Lift (only on downed enemies)
A new command grab that only works on enemies that have been knocked down.
Hulk will grasp them and lift them up above his head. You can freely move forward
or back, and also jump or super jump while holding the opponent. The opponent can still
mash out of the grab. Press any punch button to toss the opponent.
Super Moves:
QCF + pp = Gamma Tsunami (uses 1000 power)
An enhanced Gamma Wave that if it successfuly hits, will send the opponent
flying across the screen. (Set as Team Hyper 1)
QCF + kk = Gamma Quake (uses 1000 power)
Hulk slams his fist on the ground and unleashes a rock slide raining down
on the opponent. Modified from the original games to be more useful.
If timed correctly, Hulk may even be able to extend into a combo with a Jab.
QCB + pp = Gamma Crush (uses 1000 power)
A devastating move that begins with Hulk leaping high into orbit, knocking any
foes into a very heavy knockdown along the way. Hulk then brings an asteroid from
orbit, set ablaze and slams it into the opponent. You can redirect the move to be
behind Hulk or directly below him by holding away or holding down.
360 motion + kk = Gamma Rage (uses 3000 power)
A custom cinematic level 3 unblockable super ending in a catastrophic explosion.
Has a longer start up.

After maybe a decade of nothing from me, I finally find my interest in MUGEN again. So much has changed a new engine that is open source that is incredibly similar to MUGEN (IKEMEN) that I may have never known about. Tons of new stuff. Me though? I stay doing what I do, except this time a complete overhaul on character design.
I bring to you Proto Man in the style of Marvel vs. Capcom Eternity of Heroes in revamped coding to smoothen out gameplay. Complete with a customized common states exclusive to the revamped Eternity of Heroes. Characters that share this Common1.cns that comes included with Proto Man will take FULL ADVANTAGE of how Eternity of Heroes will play if I can ever get the chance to apply it! For now though, a glimpse of the game play with Proto Man!

There's a lot to explain on this character so here is his moveset!
Fierce Punch = Flame Sword Upward Slash (Flame Sword weapon from Sword Man)
Hard Kick = Flame Sword Downward Slash
Air Hard Kick = Air Flame Sword Downward Slash
Special Attacks:
Hold any :p or :k button = Proto Buster Charge Shot
:2 :3 :6 :k = Proto Shield (rush attack that can block projectiles)
:2 :1 :4 :k = Top Spin Hop (Uses Top Spin Weapon from Top Man, follow up with :p or :k or no input for a sweep attack that can be jump canceled)
:2 :1 :4 :p = Skull Barrier (Uses Skull Barrier weapon from Skull Man, a barrier that can stop projectiles, timer goes down faster each time a skull stops a projectile)
:6 :2 :3 :p = Proto Strike (rising punch with electrical effect)
Hyper Attacks:
:2 :3 :6 :p :p = Big Bang Strike
:2 :3 :6 :k :k = Shield barrage (can block projectiles)
:6 :2 :3 :p :p = Proto Excalibur (Level 3, uses Time Stopper weapon from Flash Man)
