Hello.

Do you know where I can find every palette of NGBC? PNG or gif? I only found some pictures in the web in bad quality.

I hope you can help me, thank you in advanced.

Do you specifically need every fighter sprite in a separate image, or just the palettes themselves will do the job?

If it's the latter, I could quickly make a chart list for them, like this example:
