My version of Chun-Li for Mugen 1.0 & Mugen 1.1. She has an Interpol Mode which can be activated by holding the start button and then picking the character. To see her move list just hit start button during battle.Link : https://electroslair.blogspot.com/

@Noside Yes the game will be updated soon. I just have 1 more character to release first, which is J. Carn. Then I feel I’ll have enough content for a good update to the game.
