- C.Viper was put in to replace Captain Commando. Capcom has no plans to put him in as DLC either.

- Frank West wasn't considered to be in the game. Chuck Greene may be DLC.

- Jon Talbain was going to be playable. However it was decided Felicia would be in to add sex appeal as well as gender balance.

- Molly Hayes of the Runaways was going to be in the game but Marvel decided to put She-Hulk instead.

- Pheonix Wright is currently being worked on. We're trying to give him a better moveset, but it's not going too well
