WHAT PROGRAM DOES THIS DO?

I KNOW THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL PROGRAMS THAT FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU HAVE AN IMAGE OR PHOTO OF A FIELD (FOR EXAMPLE), WITH A TREE IN FRONT AND YOU DELETE THE TREE, AFTER THE PROGRAM FILLS IN THAT PART AS IF THE TREE HAD NEVER BEEN AND IT ONLY WAS A FIELD I DON'T KNOW IF THE PHOTOSHOP, OR ANOTHER PROGRAM DOES THAT

First, why are you screaming? Turn off that caps lock...
Second, it is not just a program that does that, it is not like you just click and it magically do it for you, YOU need to know how it works. Anyway, Photoshop can do it, GIMP probably can, basically any advanced image editor can. Just search tutorials on youtube on "how to remove tree from image with [software]".

Photoshop and Gimp the latter is free.
