There are too many sprites to fix for thr cloak issue
I tried shifting him down so the screen cuts it off, but it doesnt look right that way. Im keeping his cloak as is.

The CA will be made with a black background. It's Mr. I's signature.

I ended up having to re-rip him because i found a method that can maintain most of the details at 720p.

As a bonus, here's an example of how other characters look using the same method.
