I recall 2 months prior to now, I was trying to think of how Street Fighter x Dead or Alive would look like, and you def. nailed Kasumi and Ayane in the CvS style (which I intended to go for). Bravo!

Pretty neat. I'd just make his hair a bit more unsaturated/pale, to resemble his anime design a bit more. That and increase the contrast on the shading of his shoes.

Your Hades sprite is fantastic. I couldn't help but to suggest a little editing to his hair:

I noticed that the shading in his hair had the contrast to be way too low, plus the brightening seemed a little flat on the hair.

You aren't the only thinking that. I personally will not think about doing full char commissions because of the commitment they need, which I'm not up to (and won't be, unless if it's something original; and even then, I might not).

The Hades sprite looks good mang. You should add your prices to the OP and maybe put that you are open for commissions on the title.

In the mean time, I did this for ya.

That is very nice looking, but considering the sprite style this is in, this really comes off to me as a little bland in the amount of details. Not only that, but the contrast feels a little weak at some colors, especially on his robe(?) and belt, and his blues feel a tad unsaturated for the CvS style, so I'd make that a little more vibrant.

For the body and muscle detailing, I'd try to make him match Yamazaki's detailing, for a sample:

The lack of details was intentional since the cartoon had a simple style, I thought about make some definitions, but I don't know... I was looking at his artwork and I prefered stick with the simple however I might try some muscle definitions and see what I got. About the colors... oh crap, the colors! I took from my Oni but I was in doubt so I decreased the saturation. Talking about the colors, you have some palette guide for cvs sprites?

The lack of details really comes from the cartoon's art style, rather than being a trait to the character. In the same manner, if you put someone like Ryu in the Gargoyles TV show, he wouldn't be drawn in the same manner with toned down details, so adapting the character to the detailing traits of a sprite style is part of making them fit in along the rest of the CvS characters, otherwise all there will be of CvS about the sprite is just the shading and scale. Part of adapting a character to a sprite style is to slightly reimagine how they could look when properly adapted, so I do endorse that you give him a bit more of body detail to make him look more CvS appropriate. It worked well with your other sprites based on anime characters, so I believe it would work just as well for Goliath.

Also, there isn't any proper palette guide for CvS as far as I know. Your best luck is to just reference colors from existing CvS characters, but I guess all you would need to do in here is tone up the saturation on the bright blue and his robe.

Just steal colors from a reference and play around with their values in Photoshop while comparing it to a sprite in the target style to see if you are on track. It's no big deal really.

The animation itself is smooth, but the movement itself doesn't feels very natural. First, there's the hair movement, which is flowing way too much, for such a slight body movement going on. If anything, the hair should barely move in a stance like this. Second, there's the overall body movement itself, which is really just shifting up and down. It feels way too bouncy and at the same time stiff. If you want to go for a breathing type of movement, then you should adjust the timing of the animation to feel more natural and have a bit of a break before the character moves the body up and then down (similar to Geese's CvS animation).

If you feel like experimenting more with the stance, you can also try adding a bit of horizontal movement to it, and see if it looks better.

You should take a look at Haohmaru in his CvS rendition for how the character could behave/stand, I'm not saying the same pose, but how the character is quiet, moving his sword/arms/hands sometimes.
I didn't get to see the character in the anime yet, but usually the characters in there are very careful and not jumpy.

But if I were to judge it just by how it looks, his hair goes up when his torso/body goes up, which would be wrong; the lines in the middle of his hakama (I searched their name in Wikipedia) seem to be shifted upwards, but could use some redrawing, so you could make the shifting up and down less apparent.
The sword looks like it turns a little bit, but so should the hands.
