Of all Blanka mugen characters around this one i like the most his main creator is Gou-San so i decide to make some changes, add some special effects on his moves (keeping only 3 Hypers) and keeping a level 3 one that he has with Dan and Sakura and a GUARD PUSH mechanic

Really cool Job. I like the custom changes and the addition of launching upper for aerial combo. Keep up the good work!
