Sending pm to other members not working.

I tried sending a pm to another member. Keep receiving an error message, to contact a administrator to fix said be problem. If someone can help with this, would be greatly appreciated.

Roger that, thought it was on my end.lol New forum overhauled, would be really nice. Hope they have a cool darker, back ground. Trying to save my eyes.lol

Is the person you're trying to contact a new member or someone who has a low post count?

Dampir, after I log out and back in. It work with no problem, just every now and then.
