Does anyone know if there’s an English voice patch for O Olusionista’s Woody Woodpecker?

That would be the opening stage from Sparkster: Rocket Knight Adventures 2. As for the level, I believe this was only available on WinMugen at the time, possibly 1.0. Last time I saw it was on Ucoz, but unfortunately, the odds of finding it again are slim to none. Sorry.

Is there a Shermie that exists with CVS style sprites, instead of KOF style sprites? Like, did Dhampir (is that how it's spelled?) ever make a Shermie like that?

Not really sure where to look or if one exists. Any help would be appreciated!

This might fall outside of Mugen itself. Are there any tools/resources out there if I wanted to make characters accurate to MSH? Maybe a Marvel super heroes character template, frame data, etc.
Spriting is hard.

Jesuszilla made a CT table that extracts data

Note two things:

1) Velocities most likely display in 1 star speed instead of Turbo.
2) When converting from 384x224 to 320x240 you may have to multiply x vels *(320/384) to movement scaled.
