Team matches end after Player 1 is defeated

I recently tried out a new MUGEN screenpack and when I try 4 vs 4 battles, the fight is over as soon as Player 1 dies, even if Player 2 has a full healthbar.

I've heard there is a fix for this but never seen a step-by-step on how to carry it out, can anyone tell me which files I should look into and what do I change?

You can either do it in-game by going to Options -> Team Mode Config and changing the "If player KOed" setting to "AI keeps fighting", or you can edit the mugen.cfg file in the data folder and change the value of "Team.LoseOnKO" from 1 to 0.
