I love your characters especially that they come with very good AI so should all the chars thank you

This Ibuki is an excellent character.

The only problem that I found with her is that some attacks would miss her. For example, I have Hibiki by 2Dee4ever&gui0007. And the EX version of her QCF + P special move is a 2 hit combo. But after the 1st hit, Ibuki would drop to the ground without getting the 2nd hit.

Other than that, she is quite great.
