Converting Rugal to God Rugal Voices

Hmm I think this goes in this section...
Anyways, here's the deal. I want to take CvS2 Rugal's voice and transform it to sound as much as God Rugal as possible. For example, the phrase that normal Rugal says vs Vega/Bison, I'd like to convert it to sound God Rugalish.

What would be the process to do this? I got Wavepad as a WAV file modifier. Do I need more resources, or maybe someone could help me out with this one?

Audacity could perform this well.

I see. I'd really thank if you could do this for me. Their only 3 WAVS. So if it's ok with you, I can send them to you.

Audacity is a good choice, but if you want something professional, go for Sony Sound Forge or Fruitloops, Gold Wave should do it too.

Either way, don't ask me to do so, I really suck at sprite/sound editing, if you want I can turn Rugal's voice into a bell. W00t for me.

You used too much reverb... it hurts. >_<
And I used to wonder about this myself, but then I chose to use normal Rugal sprites instead. :wacko:
