Guys, thank you so much for all the palettes your guys are contributing. Rugal's progress has been wrapping up nicely. I don't even remember what I showed, but lastly I've been dealing with this nightmare:https://streamable.com/bqp488This was low-key one of the easiest moves to code accurately. But that's the issue, the move is fucking awful in source. It's functionally clunky because even tho it's a unblockable OTG, the projectiles miss half of the time and it completely whiffs at point blank. But more importantly: the move looks bad. It's very dull and anticlimatic for being the HDSM of the final boss of a dream match with almost everyone in.I decided to spice things up. Functionally it almost always connects all the hits from most of distances. It's not guaranteed, and it won't be, but it's a big step up. Visually I decided to add some heat for the final projectile, being a bigger kaiser wave with some electricity. It's still a beta, especially sound-wise, but I think I'm getting there.I've been also working on, welp, all the other stuff haha. But there's still lot of things to do, because Rugal is truly on another scale in terms of work. I'm honestly not sure if I'll get him done by the end of the month, because every time I finish something I get the feeling something else could be improved. For example, while I originally wanted to make O. Rugal a final boss tier character, I've been recently considering balance him out to be at the level of boss tier characters like O. Iori or E. Ryu instead of going for the SNK boss syndrome of God Rugal power level.Anyway, hope you guys have a great days. Thanks a lot for the support. Love y'all.

If you feel like using art with his seen attire, I may suggest his CvS1 SNK art.
I see you've based Kaiser Phoenix around KoF All Stars, at least that's what it looks like, which is honestly the best choice. Really good work, Karma!
