Whenever i go to play the game mugen is not selecting my players for the game not for the arcade mode not for the training mode what should i do..??

Bro i go to play game in watch mode my chars like kung fu man is not selecting for watch mode not even for other modes simply says my chars is not loading without giving any error

post a video or picture to let us know whats the issue.
if there is a error post the error message.
I can't understand or guess what is the problem

or I guess your controller doesn't work?
