help to reduce weight of these sprites

I need help to be able to reduce the weight of these sprites, each weighing about 400 ks( 1 sprite), and in total the chars would weigh about 6 gb. I need some program or format that allows me to reduce these sprites to no more than 100 ks(1 sprite). I have  the Paint Shop Pro 7 but no option allows me to reduce them, .

Hola Oscar muy buenas! I think the better way to reduce the size of every sprite it's convert them to .pcx, with this way you reduce x10 the size of the image. To work it better you need to crop every sprite because mugen can run better small images. Waiting more chars by you, see you.

Outside of cropping empty space or reducing the number of colours, there's not a lot you can do; any size reductions due to compression tools would be lost due to the .sff using its own compression format.
