This game came out a long time ago and nobody got the link (it is said that it is made with the mugen engine, but it is rare).
The game is graphically impressive) .It is said that it stopped updating, although if you play there is a section of mods that if you register it seems that they are creating many characters (with photos), it would be fine if someone clarified it. It is fully playable in all modes except story mode. I leave the link

It's not MUGEN, it just refers to itself as 3D MUGEN. It was on Steam a while ago, but was taken down(?) due to backlash regarding the pricing of the online component, specifically that it was absolute garbage (no real synchronisation!) and not worth the money.

this topic should  be moved  to https://mugenguild.com/forum/fighting-games.358 and like PlasmoidThunder said and I have to agree its not really mugen at all . also I like to add that I try running this game but kicked me out when I got the message "the game not supported" and game closed after I try to test it
