Learning character matchups. When I face a character with a tough or brutal AI, it can take me a few attempts. The more I fight them, the more I'll be able to adapt fighting them. I apply this to any other video game for that matter.
Another reason for me is if it wasn't for Mugen, I wouldn't have met some of the friends that I've made via Mugen. I've known some of them since 2008 when I started doing Mugen that year and I still talk to them to this very day. I even met new ones during my resurgence in the Mugen scene just last year.
I'm sure most of you who started playing Mugen in the mid 2000's were inspired by Judgespear to play the game and build your own Mugen teams. Me included.
Looks promising though just like with every other console, I won't buy it at launch. I may dip for the $529 model if it's worth the investment. I have a pretty big Steam library so it's kinda tempting. I always let the first adopters "test" the product to see if there may be any launch problems with it.
With Ramon back, I'm guessing he's gonna partner up with Angel and King of Dinosaurs again? I'd be down for him partnering up with Raiden or if he decides to use the Big Bear (Face) persona in contrast of Tizoc using his heel King of Dinosaurs gimmick.
The biggest missed opportunity for the OLED Switch for me was suprisingly the lack of built in Bluetooth. Sure, you can buy Bluetooth adapters for it but nearly every device (including potato phones and computers) have em. Hell, even the Vita has built in Bluetooth and it's almost 10 years old. I tend to use Bluetooth devices quite alot.
I guess the OLED Switch is cool for people who never bought a Switch yet.
I never thought to see the day where Melty Blood will be on the Xbox platform! It's sad to see Sion deconfirmed but I'm guessing she's still kicking it with the UNIEL crew.
But I'm still really hype for this! I also hope this opens the door for the other Melty Blood games to be released on modern consoles too.
