For some reason, his default palette is the only one that works for me.  Anyone else have this problem?  Not sure if using 1.0 has anything to do with it or not.  Everything shows up fine in FF, but in Mugen none of the other palettes are working.

Also noticed his stance got misaligned for a few sprites, haven't checked any other animations out yet but I'll let you know.

^ interesting, it also happens to me as well thought FFU may help me to solve it but just for the record works perfectly in Winmugen. Will upload the fix later on.

Isn't it cause Sander's Wolverine is coded in DOS or something so opening him in Fighter Factory messes him up? I might be wrong though as i haven't downloaded the patch as i don't have Wolverine in my roster.

Also figured I'd post this from IMT
Looks nice. Think you can add the blue parts from his Astonishing outfit to the smart pal?

I know when we planned the CS we decided against it but since it was brought up again i figured why not see if anyone changed there mind. Personally as I'm not a big fan of Wolverine i wouldn't go back and do it myself but if you guys are okay with going back and adding it I'd help again.

^ Nah, still wouldn´t look like that plus the two design are way too different to just be resembled by a palette.

This is dumb, tried to reload the SFF in FFU, tried to reload the palettes and still the same problem, mmmmmmmmmm.........

I´m beginning to think that this Wolverine issue of the palettes not loading is a direct coding problem but I will need help to know if that´s the case because the patch works wonders in Winmugen...

While I work on my edit, I'll try find the problem and create a patch to correct the issue.

This is really cool. Thanks for sharing.

I had the same problem when I edited Sander's Goro Daemon, I think it had something to do with the sprite arrangement/shared pal on the sff.

Glancing through his sprites in FF again, I noticed that his stance is all wrong.  Starting with sprite 0,3 and going up, the wrong sprites were placed over the original.  Sprites 0,4 and 0,5 are the same sprite, and are linked for some reason.  Open up Sander's original and one with the patch applied in 2 Fighter Factories side by side to see what I'm talking about.

I also noticed that Sander's original version has the palette problem too.  I'll continue to browse through them to see if anything else is out of whack, and hopefully we can find a solution for all the 1.0 users out there.

Sprite 0,5 is still misaligned, and his forward walk sprites are all out of place and misaligned.  When going through and replacing sprites, a good rule of thumb is to keep an eye on the image sizes to make sure they're the same.

I had the same problem when I edited Sander's Goro Daemon, I think it had something to do with the sprite arrangement/shared pal on the sff.
What exactly did you do, if you don't mind me asking?  I've been fucking around with this for a few hours now and I just can't figure it out, haha.

I remember  now looking at his sprites you have to have a 0,0 sprite to fix this.

Yep, that did it.  Thanks man, that shit was drivin me nuts, hahaha.

Now that it's working, I've been noticing a whole bunch of incorrectly colored pixels on pretty much all of his animations.  They're most noticeable with the X-Force palette, which makes them stand out better on all the black.  I also think it might be worth while to fix the crappy job Capcom did on shading the stripes on his shoulders, if only just for his stance.  Some animations they're just a single flat color, others they're 3 or 4 shades.
