Caligula began back in january and I have no real excuse as to why it took 4 months to finish him since he was basically finished 2 months ago. I got lazy but it's time I got my ass back in gear to become the author you've all come to know for rapid releases and whatnot. I have very big plans for this year but that's beside the point. Caligula can seem very overwhelming to use and fight at first but there's a method in the madness I assure you. just ignore it, it doesnt do anything if you dont press start. otherwise I never heard of removing the color select option

As for custom colors, you'd have give them to me to add them.....or if you know waht you're doing just replace one of the 36 he has in already. He technically has EX colors but I forgot to enable them.
For Caligula:Is he suppose to be able to use "It has been decided!" with one button? Cause he does (using HK/Button C).Other than that, cool stuff always.

Yep. It's entirely based on rng so it's possible. The reason its not an issue is because it's never enough to affect the outcome of a match. Etc
