Axel Hawk and Charlotte for me. Miyabi (This one...) is such a nice, talented and devoted creator and Charlotte is my favorite anime character. Good luck to all competing, this was a real good month.

In terms of fun factor I went with Joseph and Chun-Li.

I really wanted to vote for Gato too, but he is still a beta right now. I'm gonna push for his re-nomination when the full release comes.
