That has to be the move he used in the fight against SSJ Goku's Kamehameha and in SuperSonic Warriors. It's nice seeing some Frieza Z2 progress.

But he doesn't hit them with his head? :???:

Unless the name's just a placeholder for the suped-up version or reference to one of the named attacks in the games I'm not recalling.

Anyways, still good to see progress, looks good as usual.

I think I remember that Freeza doesn't hit with the head in anime. Good job, Balth. You rocks.

Could work too, but I've been labeling pretty much ALL of my Supers "Death Something" so that might be better for consistency.
Just finished this intro as well. This one will have plenty of sexy Shocky speeches. And since his mouth is covered by the cloak, no lipsynching required!

Probably a reference to the Bardock SSJ **** OAV.

Yeah I don't know how it is 'extremely random'. Freeza is the cloak wearing kind-of guy, wouldn't you agree?
But mostly it was to have something cover his mouth so Cybaster wouldn't have to do the tedious lipsynching for his intro speeches.
Alright how about this little number?

is he doing his best impersonation of jean grey by hiding in a cocoon? Holy crap your mind goes to weird places for intros :p Looks neat graphics wise.

Also how in the blue hell does freeza seem like a cloak wearing guy :p where in his history would there be evidence of that?

don't answer that, it's going to end up 2 pages of why he should or shouldn't wear it. Just seems weird as hell to me, oh well, still looks cool.

  • 日本は素晴らしい国です。
members of his race just appear in cloaks a lot, both chilled and the dragonball heroes freeza wear it.

it makes for a dramatic reveal.

The egg coccoon was a staple of the budokai games, everytime freeza transformed his aura formed a egg around him that hid the model swapping.

I thought it was a reference to this, to be honest.

Damn, ninja'd again.

On the cocoon thing, since its purpose was just because showing the actual transformations didn't work in those games, are you using it as an alt. intro for the first form's transforming intro?  Or is he just starting in there then breaks out?

Either way, still looks neat.

Yes both transformation intros were planned (the full physical one and the 'Budokai cocoon' one).
It's also my 'backup' transformation intro for when I give up on the physical one.

Not only that but one of his Hyper Dimension winposes had him in fetal position as well. It's all not THAT far stretched as you think :P

Okay, just clarifying, thanks.

If the full version is turning out too tedious to go through, you can always save it for a future update down the line, you know.  Won't make or break the character, after all.

Just my 2 cents on it.  Mean no disrespect or intention to stop doing it altogether or anything like that.

Looking at the Death Saws now I'm instantly reminded of Clayfighter 2's "CUT IN HALF!" It would be so hilarious if you put that in there. :XD:

Just needs the landing frames done, then it should be good to go.
Dancing Elbow, will be his main close/medium range combo-starter special move. Has invincibility at the start (hence the fancy pirouette).
