Title: Axel city + Thien Ron Expansion doesn't work: ntlea internal exception error

Hi all,

please I need your help because I'm trying to use Axel city complete (Axel city + Thien Ron Expansion) but it doens't work.  When I launch the exe, it appears this error:

I have a pc with Windows 10 64 bit. I tried with Xindows XP Service pack 2 or 3 compatibility, but I don't solve the issue.

Can you help me please?

Did you run it on Japanese Locale? Sometimes it does not run in English Locale. you can use this program if this helps.
