The Slot # is so you can have more than one active Hitoverride at one time. You'd need this is you had helpers that were overriding hits at the same time as your root. Without it, the last triggered Hitoverride would be the active one for that slot #.

But what if the Pope noticed how freaking weird MatPat is as a person, prompting all this?
That ain't because he's a gamer, lol. It would terribly naive of him to assume such a thing.

Technically, yes. Unfortunately, it was mostly a meeting with famous Youtubers in general, meaning the gamers he met were mostly made up of Youtube LP'ers. No I'm not kidding, hence the jokes about MatPat gifting Undertale to the Pope, since he was one of the people "chosen" to represent Youtube gamers.
Oh yeah man, I totally know about the MatPat-gifting-Undertale thing and find it hilarious that this happened (not directly in response of course). Hmm, MatPat as the face of gamers... at least he doesn't curse too much... or he tries not to. "Poop on a poop."

Has he met some of the people playing video games? Who's to say they're even qualified to make a mark on the world? I sure as hell wouldn't be. I'm too cynical and biased for that shit.

Please do not reveal to me whether this is real or not, I prefer ignorance.
I may not believe in it, but I can't deny that that's pretty funny. Good on them for keeping things light-hearted.

Having server access allows to duplicate the site elsewhere. You should understand that this is not something you can grant to anybody. Besides Ryon is not the owner anymore and the actual owner may disagree.
Duplicating the site should be the least of anyone's security worries. Either way, I'm not a nobody to Ryon. He personally asked me to be an admin there. We've been friends for a long time now and he would trust me with such a thing. It's just that RMH has been away that's causing issues. Ryon doesn't have that level of access anymore either and is doing what he can. He does have permissions above the rest of the admins though since he was the original site owner.

Let's put it this way:
In terms of staff and qualifications, you've got one web developer who doesn't have access to the server (me)... and someone fixing it who has no knowledge of networking or web development in the slightest (Ryon). RMH is away, and everyone else isn't qualified or have that level of rank in the staff. See the problem here?

That's not bash Ryon in any way whatsoever, keep in my mind. I'm just saying, he's going it alone with handling the site's issues. Give him a break guys.

At least Ryon is doing something. Better than everyone ever thinking they've discovered a new problem and posting 3 status messages in a row, lol.

regarding the site problems, cant someone (i.e. other admins) contact the host to help sort the issue out?
That information isn't given to us and since Ryon doesn't own the site anymore, he can't be the immediate point of contact anymore for this stuff.

Other than timeouts and database errors, the actual data is intact. I'm going to try to get ahold of RMH somehow, but also know that I wouldn't be able to contact IPS Board for help because I'm not the the owner. I'd have no verification or anything, and I'm the only other active admin. Phantom retired his position and Ryon doesn't have much involvement anymore. It truly is a waiting game.

I'm requesting elevated admin privileges there so I can take a look at the error logs and take a look at what's happening. From the information I've gathered thus far, this slowdown was caused due to the site being archived to the same database it uses, effectively doubling its size and ruining the optimization of the site. Queries are so slow that it bottlenecks the site and errors out. I have a feeling that's what I'll be seeing when I'm able to take a look at these logs.

Wow, I had no idea FFBE's sprites were so detailed. When you see them on the phone they're great, don't get me wrong, but seeing them at full resolution really makes the sprite quality shine. I wonder how much better Chizuru looks in full resolution.

ARK: Survival Evolved
I really hate survival games for the most part, but this is one that stood out after playing it some. It grew more and more on me and I love interacting with all the dinos in the game. It wasn't until I saw Jurassic Park as a kid that Raptors and T-Rexes started to scare the crap out of me. Now that I'm older, I find them kind of cool, but still a bit scary. Don't get me wrong, this game provides lots of unintentional shit-yourself moments, but it's a blast. Vanilla servers are a bit rough and slow, so an adjusted rates server might be better off to start with. I ended up creating a couple of servers for my friends so that we can control what mods are loaded and the rates we have. It's been a blast. If you enjoy mods, I'd suggest Annunaki Genesis as a revamp (maybe after you've seen what ARK is like normally) mod and it's amazing. Loads of fun and the game is still in Early Access. It has been for a year already, but it gets better and better with each update. Any other ARK fans out there?

I like the nod to individualism mentioned. The ironic thing is that ideal simply cannot exist when it comes to a boolean factor such as bias. There is either one side or another and you're on one of them. If you like Pokemon GO and play it, then you're in that group, and if you don't like it, you're in that group. There's nothing "individual" about it because it's a group mentality. Sadly, for the haters, the "pro" group is MUCH larger. Take of that what you will.

It could take some time for MFFA to get fully back, we just don't know when it will fully be back and running.
Yes, first we must wait until RMH returns and then I can talk to him about potential solutions and debugging this issue. He might know something we don't.

I can stay up for 24 hours, though I don't make a habit of doing so. The usual late night is staying up to 4:00~5:00 or so on the weekends.

Many recent topics are being archived fore now. I do not know the reason why.
Although you can go to topics more easily, random errors still pop up, especially if you are editing or creating a topic.

Wait, more archiving issues are occurring? I was told they were fixed. I wonder if the settings were messed with again.
